Common questions

What counts as a "small update" on Essential?

A text change, swapping a photo, or updating opening hours or a price. Adding a new page costs £29 per page, on any plan. Restructuring the layout or a full redesign is quoted individually. If you're regularly needing more than the occasional new page, Managed is likely the better fit.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Get in touch and we'll move you between Essential and Managed. Lifetime is a one-time build, so moving from Lifetime to a monthly plan or vice versa is handled case by case.

Is a domain included?

Not in any plan's price. If you already own a domain, we'll connect it for free. If you need one, we'll register it for £29 upfront, then £19 a year to renew.
