The terms for using MyShopfront's free preview and £39 a month plan.
These terms are between you and [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], trading as MyShopfront. By requesting a preview or going live, you agree to these terms.
MyShopfront builds you a real, working website using information that's already public about your business, your photos, hours, menu or services, and reviews. Your free preview is a single homepage so you can see the direction before committing. Once you go live, we build out the full website.
Going live costs £39 a month, with no setup fee. Payment is taken monthly through [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] using the payment method you provide. A domain isn't included in the £39/month price: you can connect one you already own at no extra cost, or we can register one for you for an additional fee.
It's a rolling monthly subscription. Cancel whenever you like, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your site stays live until the end of your current billing period and then comes down. We'll send you a copy of your content beforehand.
You confirm that the information and content you give us (including photos, logos, and text) is accurate and that you have the right to use it. We can refuse to publish, or take down, any content that's inaccurate, unlawful, or that we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights.
We build and maintain your website as described in these terms, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased sales, bookings, or customer numbers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let existing customers know by email.
